"I reached out to Sam to schedule a maternity session before the arrival of my Sister's first baby. I was so hoping she’d be up for making the drive to our home town. Not only was she very responsive and kind, but helpful with planning, timing, and advice - as this is the first baby in the family in a while!
Sam traveled a bit to get to us, and was just so kind during the shoot. Her demeanor is calm and caring, and she thoroughly made the photos about my sister and her vision for the pictures, while adding her own artistic touch.
We asked Sam if she would come back for a newborn shoot after baby girl arrived. Again, we were thrilled she was up for the journey and were not surprised that she arrived fawning over our newest family member, and just so gentle and encouraging through the shoot. We were so pleased with the outcome of all the photos, that I gifted my sister both galleries for Mother’s Day, along with some of our favorite shots, framed and ready for hanging. Sam was so gracious and patient to help me pick out matting and framing for this, too. Now, she is one of the family, whether she likes it or not! We can’t wait to reach out for future milestones in our family."
